Excellent service and helpful staff throughout my stay.
I found the room to be quite small, almost cramped. The noise from the wooden floorboards above was unbearable at times.

We liked the location, the art work and the bed.
They were doing renovations right outside our door during our stay. Someone was literally sanding the door jam while we were trying to sleep. And the renovations made the hotel look cheap. Also, the air-con was broken when the temp reached the high 30s during our stay.

Location close enough to cafe / restaurant options, nice restaurants and supermarket, and the airport close. Excellent service and reasonably spacious room for a coffee table or somewhere else to sit other than on bed.

The hotel boasts a prime location, only moments from the beach and surrounded by a vibrant array of cafes and shops. My room was clean, colorfully decorated, and despite the noise from the street, it provided a decent level of comfort.
The bed was quite uncomfortable was good. The amenities left much to be desired-missing basic kitchenware in the rooms like glassware and cutlery, and no microwave. I even noticed some unfortunate issues like mould in the bathroom and a hole in the wall that just had toilet paper stuffed into it. While I appreciate the character of the place, there's definitely room for improvement in upkeep.

No hot water to have a shower and ridiculous size of the bathroom for the price of the room - no offer of a voucher for no hot water either

The artwork throughout the hotel was
A highlight, bringing a vibrant and eclectic atmosphere to the stay. The shower temperature was quite erratic, disappointing. The location was excellent for accessing local attractions, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A nice visit.

Staying at Tolarno was quite a unique experience! The art throughout the hotel really brought a vibrant and eclectic atmosphere, which I loved. The location is perfect-easy walking distance to the beach and surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants. The receptionist was excellent. So friendly and helpful! My room, La Petite, had these funky colors and local artwork everywhere. Unfortunately, the room itself felt quite basic. The air conditioning didn't work, and there was no soap in the bathroom-had to use shampoo for that! The noise levels were a bit high due to the tram station right outside. Carrying my bag upstairs was a workout. Some maintenance is needed, especially in the bathroom.

Eclectic decor. 24 hour reception. Cheap secure parking arranged by the hotel close by. This is not a plush hotel but is comfortable and good value for money. Booked a room away from the road because of previous reviews but if I stayed there again I would take a front room as the street noise dies down around 10pm.
We really werent unhappy with any feature.
